As the head honcho and overseer of hands-on plumbing (not to mention a problem-solver extraordinaire when it comes to plumbing problems), Mario directs the course and culture of Mario Brothers Plumbing. But he also knows that, in any quality job, honesty and respect are just as critical to the equation as quality workmanship.
